We are looking for staff to provide home care and health care services in our patients residences.
You will be performing household chores and assisting with clients personal care needs
Monitoring patients vital signs, temperature, respiration, and etc.
Documentation services your providing during every shift and reporting any emergent info to our RN Case Manager
Also you may be assisting patients with mobility
we provide companionship and basic emotional support also to our clients
We Require the following: (we can assist financially*)
CNA
Have or get Core Delegation Certificate within two weeks
Have the ability to monitor vital signs
Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
Nursing and health care administration skills
CPR/First Aid training required
Food Workers permit required
Valid driver's license, Auto Insurance, Driving Abstract
