```Duties```
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Conduct gastric lavage, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments as needed
- Administer injections, including immunizations and medications
```Experience```
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a Hospice care setting.
- Experience in acute care, nursing home, or other relevant healthcare settings
- Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnosis
- Familiarity with infant care, including well-child visits and vaccinations
- Knowledge of catheter care and management
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [TX]
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification
