Job Overview:
As our Part-time Office & Facilities Administrator, you'll be pivotal in maintaining a welcoming and professional work environment. You'll ensure the seamless daily operations of our office, focusing on facilities upkeep, while also helping to create a dog-friendly space where our furry friends are happy and well-cared for. This role requires a proactive individual ready to apply their expertise across these key areas.
Responsibilities:
- Office & Facilities Management:
- Oversee office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory and coordinating deliveries.
- Oversee building services and facilities, including the maintenance of the break/lunch room and daily office food provisions.
- Handle shipping and receiving duties (FedEx, USPS, etc.), food delivery for the office.
- Coordinate office space and seating arrangements, ensuring the workplace is constantly organized.
● Pets Care:
- Provide attentive care for the CEO's dogs, including daily walks, regular feeding, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Supervise the dogs during the CEO's meetings and other designated periods, ensuring their safety and well being.
- Engage in occasional playtime to the dogs outside at the patio (as needed).
- Provide occasional assistance with the care of other employees' dogs, as needed and requested, during their breaks or meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or related fields, preferably in tech startups or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Background in managing office security systems and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in office software tools, including: Google Suite/Workspace (GMail, GCalendar, GDocs, etc), Microsoft Office Suite, Rippling Spend, Slack and other internal applications.

- Provide exceptional customer service to staff, clients, and visitors, creating a positive and professional experience.
- Support internal communication tools such as Slack and manage access to relevant systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Equivalent work experience and skills will be considered.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
