The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive company growth, product commercialization, and brand positioning within the biotech/medical device marketplace. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs across product marketing, digital campaigns, and demand generation while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and leadership teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs
Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies
Drive brand awareness and corporate positioning
Product & Commercial Marketing
Lead go-to-market and commercialization strategies
Develop product positioning and messaging
Support product launches and lifecycle marketing
Translate scientific and technical data into customer-facing value propositions
Digital & Demand Generation
Oversee digital marketing strategy including:
Drive lead generation and pipeline growth initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and ROI
Industry trend monitoring
Provide commercial intelligence to executive leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Build and lead internal marketing team and external agencies
Mentor and develop marketing talent
Manage vendors and agency relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required
4 – 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
3 – 5+ years in biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences preferred
Experience with commercialization and product launches strongly preferred
Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
