We are seeking two Project Manager's to become part of the organization and lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex packaging machinery projects on time and within budget. Level will be determined based on experience and we are open to local or remote talent.
Your Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for long-term machine projects

Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customers

Communicate project status, drive alignment, and resolve issues

Monitor milestones and ensure commitments are met

Manage change requests and project risks

Travel up to 50% to support project delivery

Support sales activities as needed
Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field

Experience in packaging machinery or related equipment

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
-
Willingness to travel up to 50% - domestically and internationally

Project Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience

Senior Project Manager: 7+ years with experience leading large, complex projects and mentoring others
