We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in food or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 8-4 pm
