We are currently seeking an HR Admin to support the Human Resources team with daily HR operations, employee support, recruiting coordination, and administrative processes. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to manufacturing leadership and team members.
- Maintain production reports, attendance records, schedules, and other operational documentation.
- Track employee attendance, overtime, vacation, and staffing needs.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, training records, and certification documentation.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Schedule meetings and assist with meeting minutes and action-item tracking.
- Maintain safety, quality, production, and training documentation.
- Support data entry and tracking of manufacturing KPIs.
- Coordinate communication between production, HR, safety, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with ordering office and production-related supplies.
- Handle confidential employee and company information appropriately.
- Support special projects.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with hourly team members, supervisors, managers, and support departments.
Preferred Skills
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
- Experience tracking production and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and training documentation.
- Experience with timekeeping, attendance, or HR systems.
- Strong Excel and data-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
