Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable Trimmer to join our team at Sweetwater Farms. As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for manicuring harvested cannabis plants with precision and care, ensuring a high-quality finished product that meets our brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Trim harvested cannabis flowers by hand with speed and accuracy
- Maintain the integrity of the buds while removing excess leaves and stems
- Follow strict sanitation and quality control procedures
- Track weights and production data accurately
- Work efficiently in a team setting to meet daily quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous trimming experience preferred but not required
- Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry in Washington State
