School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Clinical Fellow (CFY)

Location: Oxnard, CA
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Work Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Assignment Dates: ASAP – June 17, 2026
Pay: $50–55+/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Support students with articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, and pragmatic language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and eligibility decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district/state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Serve a K–12 caseload of up to 50 students across 1–2 school sites
- Work closely with an on-site SLP for supervision and CFY mentorship
Experience:
- Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates) encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Education/Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for or active California SLP licensure
- CFY eligible through ASHA (Clinical Fellowship Year track)
