We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Moses Lake Family Dentistry. We are a privately owned dental practice focused on providing excellent patient care while also creating a place where our team genuinely enjoys coming to work.
One of the best parts of this position is our schedule.
Week 1: Monday–Wednesday
Week 2: Tuesday–Thursday
That means you get a 5-day weekend every other week!

About Our Practice
At Moses Lake Family Dentistry, we want our patients to feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in the care they receive.
We also believe our hygienists are an important part of the patient's overall dental care. We aren't looking for someone to simply "clean teeth and move on to the next patient."
We want a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, educating them about their oral health, and working together with the doctor and team to provide great care.
We are continuing to grow and improve our practice, and we're looking for someone who wants to be a part of that growth.

- Holds an active Washington State Dental Hygiene license
- Is friendly, positive, and dependable
- Enjoys getting to know their patients
- Is confident discussing periodontal health and treatment
- Takes pride in providing excellent clinical care
- Communicates well with the doctor and team
- Is willing to help and be part of a team
- Is looking for a long-term dental home
Experience is appreciated, but finding the right person for our team is most important to us.
Compensation:
We know great hygienists are in high demand and believe exceptional team members should be compensated competitively.
Hourly compensation is based on experience, clinical skills, and overall fit with our practice.
A Different Kind of Dental Schedule
