Corsair is a fast-growing company that is looking for a customer service/sales representive to join our sales team! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated about providing excellent customer service and helping our customers with their current open orders as well as following up on recently submitted quotes.
Responsibilities:
- By phone, email or in person assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Order Entry and Quoting
- Follow up on customer expedites and maintain a current backlog.
- Follow up with our production team, purchasing and other departments for all related customer requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized system with reminders.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and willing to go above and beyond expectation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
- Must be dependable and have an excellent work attendance record.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner in an office setting. Business casual.
