Heritage Insurance Services, a well-established, family-owned independent insurance agency with 16 offices across North Dakota, is looking for a motivated, service-oriented individual to join our Hazen team as an Insurance Servicing Agent.

Base Pay: $60,000–$80,000 (DOE) + Benefits
What We’re Looking For
- Property & Casualty license preferred but not required — we’ll help you get licensed!
- Previous insurance or related work experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify effective insurance solutions.
- Ability to quote and service new and existing insurance policies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in understanding and serving the unique insurance needs of our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with clients and take the time to understand their insurance needs, concerns, and goals.
- Quote new insurance policies and service existing policies while helping clients secure appropriate and competitive coverage.
- Clearly explain policy coverages, options, and recommendations to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify insurance solutions tailored to the unique risks and challenges faced by our customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions, policy information, and service activities while following company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide responsive, reliable service and ongoing support to our clients.
