Duties
- Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and therapy sessions, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to protocols
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with clinic policies
- Monitor patient condition during therapy sessions, reporting changes or concerns promptly to the supervising therapist
- Support patient education by explaining procedures, exercises, and safety instructions clearly and compassionately
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) by documenting patient progress, treatment details, and medical documentation accurately
- Perform basic clinical tasks. On the job training
- Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress reports, and medical documentation for compliance and quality assurance
