Zion Integrated Behavioral Health Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team in Greenfield, Iowa. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule (32 hours per week) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

What You'll Do
- Conduct substance use disorder assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Facilitate discharge planning and continuing care recommendations
- Make clinical recommendations based on client needs
- Follow ASAM criteria and evidence-based treatment practices
- Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners
- Support individuals in achieving and maintaining recovery goals
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field required
- Must be eligible to obtain a Temporary CADC (T-CADC) within 90 days of hire
- Must obtain a CADC within one year of hire
- Zion will cover the cost of required credentialing
