- Wash and dry dishes ensuring clean stock is available
- Clean pots and pans per health standards
- Keep kitchen work stations clean
- Follow established operating procedure in handling and taking out garbage as well as maintenance of the garbage dumpster areas
- Comply with established sanitation standards
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned
