Job Overview
Allstate Security Industries, Inc. is seeking professional and dependable Level II (Unarmed) Security Officers to provide safety, protection, and customer service across assigned locations. Officers must respond to situations appropriately while maintaining professionalism and operating within legal guidelines. This position reports to Security Supervisors and Leadership Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to situations appropriately and professionally
- Patrol assigned properties (on foot or in company vehicle)
- Monitor buildings, doors, windows, gates, and surrounding areas
- Patrol parking areas on a regular schedule
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency incidents (theft, vandalism, disturbances, etc.)
- Contact emergency personnel when necessary
- Observe and report unusual activity or safety hazards
- Complete incident and daily activity reports accurately
- Assist in enforcing rules and regulations at assigned locations
- Provide courteous assistance to clients, staff, and visitors
- Assist with crowd control and special assignments as needed
- Transport deposits when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and safety drills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (if driving is required for assignment)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
