You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, reviewing partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and individual tax returns while acting as a trusted adviser to business owners. Alongside reviewing work and mentoring junior staff, you'll work closely with Partners on planning projects and more complex client matters, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact beyond compliance.
Busy season generally sits around 55 to 60 hours, followed by summer hours from May through August with shorter Fridays, and reduced schedules again after the October deadline through year end. Hybrid working offers flexibility while still encouraging collaboration when it matters most.
They're open to experienced generalist Tax Managers from a variety of industry backgrounds. Cannabis experience is a plus, but certainly not essential.
