Summary:
The Sauna Assembler Technician and Installer is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and installing sauna products while supporting warehouse operations. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing and installation environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assemble sauna products according to engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and routing specifications.
2. Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
3. Assist with the setup, testing, operation, disassembly, and installation of sauna units.
4. Install sauna products at customer locations as assigned, including occasional overnight and out-of-town travel.
5. Measure, fit, and adjust components to required specifications.
6. Clean, assemble, disassemble, repair, or replace components as needed.
7. Install conduit, wiring, electrical cabinets, and terminal connections in accordance with company procedures.
8. Install brackets, lighting, motors, and related components, and perform operational testing.
9. Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, multimeters (ohm meters), and other assembly equipment.
10. Test assembled products to verify proper functionality and performance.
11. Meet established quality, productivity, and production goals.
12. Assist with general warehouse operations as needed to support business needs.
13. Receive, organize, store, and maintain inventory.
14. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
15. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
16. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in manufacturing, equipment assembly, warehouse operations, or a related mechanical environment preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with periodic customer site installations.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of heavier items using proper equipment or team lifting.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and assembly equipment.
Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Occasional overnight and out-of-town travel may be required for installations.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
