Job Description:
As a Marketing Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and connecting patients with our home health and hospice services. Starting as a part-time position with a strong bonus structure and W2 employment status, this role offers the opportunity to transition to full-time with benefits after three months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and other potential referral sources.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new referral opportunities to generate patient referrals for our home health and hospice services. Must meet monthly goals set forth. Analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Education and Advocacy: Educate healthcare professionals and the community about the benefits of home health and hospice care.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless account management with patient onboarding and care coordination.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in the medical or healthcare field is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Leadership qualities to motivate team, influence vendors, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Sales Oriented: Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within marketing or healthcare sectors.
- Friendly and Compassionate: A personable approach to build trust with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Travel Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally.
- Healthcare Background: Ideal for nurses, current healthcare workers, or individuals who have worked closely with doctors.
- Preferred: Someone that already has experience with home health and hospice outreach, or someone who has contacts with healthcare providers.
