Position: Millwright
Location: Warrenton, OR
Pay: $35-$45+/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, OT Available)

Our Client is seeking an experienced
Millwright to join a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining heavy industrial equipment while working with a strong team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and rotating equipment
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications
- Utilize preventative maintenance programs and work order systems
- Assist production teams in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance
- Operate equipment as needed for testing and troubleshooting purposes
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
- Help identify and implement process and equipment improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with maintenance, production, and management teams

What You Need To Have:
- Minimum 4 years of industrial millwright experience or equivalent training
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with industrial equipment installation and maintenance
- Proficient welding and cutting abilities
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
The Musts:
- 4+ years of Millwright or industrial maintenance experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair expertise
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Own basic maintenance tools and continue building tool inventory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and attendance
Preferred:
- Journeyman Millwright classification
- Sawmill, lumber, manufacturing, or industrial plant experience
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance work order systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, and production equipment
