T-Bones Pet Care is looking for dependable, animal-loving pet sitters to join our growing team as independent contractors. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that's perfect for earning extra income while caring for pets from the comfort of your own home.
What You'll Do
- Provide overnight boarding and daycare in your pet-safe home.
- Follow each pet's care routine, including feeding and medications.
- Send photo updates to pet parents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and loving environment.
What We're Looking For
- 18+ with reliable transportation.
- 2+ years of Petcare experience.
- Must own or rent a single-family home. Apartments/Condos are not eligible unless you have your own fenced yard.
- A securely fenced backyard is strongly preferred.
- Experience caring for dogs and/or cats.
- Open, reliable availability is required, including weekends and holidays. Consistent availability throughout the year is essential.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependable, trustworthy, responsive, and passionate about animal care.
Pay & Perks
- Earn 45–50% of every completed booking, with opportunities to increase your payout to up to 60% based on tenure, reliability, performance, and consistent availability.
- Example: If a booking is $100, you'll earn $45–$50, with the potential to earn up to $60 per booking as you grow with our team.

Please Note: We're a growing local business with a steadily expanding client base. While bookings are increasing, they may be limited at first. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while growing with our team.
