Key Responsibilities
- Desk deals and assist in closing retail and lease transactions
- Send deals to the bank via Route One
- Coach, train, and motivate a sales team in a high-volume setting
- Manage daily sales operations and floor activity
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
- Drive performance through CRM accountability and KPI tracking
- Maintain a strong culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience
- CDJR experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of volume and gross performance
- Strong leadership, desking, and closing skills
- Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and communication skills
