Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at Jet's Pizza in Lake Ridge. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring food quality that aligns with our brand values. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a top choice for pizza lovers.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders both in person and over the phone.
· Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Jet’s Pizza recipes and standards.
· Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, dough mixers, and slicers.
· Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring all items meet company standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, prep stations, and dining areas.
· Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
· Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
