We’re a fast-growing independent auto repair shop looking for a motivated Service Manager who knows how to lead a team, take care of customers, and keep a shop running efficiently.
This is not a “sit behind a desk” position. We need someone who can take ownership, solve problems, and help push the business to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop workflow and scheduling
- Communicate with customers about vehicle needs and repairs
- Build estimates and close sales professionally
- Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Help improve shop processes and overall performance

Qualifications
- Proven automotive service advisor or management experience required

- Sales experience and confidence presenting recommendations
