Job Description
This individual will be responsible for daily loan servicing of all Loss Mitigation loans.
Essential Functions
- Complete monetary/maintenance transactions based on the instructions of Loss Mitigation personnel
- Complete charge-offs, dispositions, and settlements in a timely manner
- Reconcile and balance General Ledger accounts daily
- Track expense invoicing on loan history per Loss Mitigation instructions
- Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in established service agreements
- Process short term loan modifications
- Research and correct errors as applicable
- Ensure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data points
Additional Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order
to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment
Additional Responsibilities
- Complete special projects upon requests
Safety and Health for Supervisors without Direct Reports
- Discourage any unsafe work habits by setting a good example for employees by following the required safe
work practices as indicated by the safety and loss prevention program
- Consistently and fairly enforce safe work practices
- Ensure that each employee knows what to do in the event of an emergency

Education
Associate's Degree Business Administration/Finance
Work Experience
2 - 6 years Banking Experience
2 - 6 years Customer Service experience

Efficient communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills
