Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Training Provided | Early Intervention
AIM Hi in Honolulu is hiring full time Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2 to 5 in our center based ABA program. No RBT certification needed, we provide paid training and full support.
What You Will Do
- Work 1 on 1 with young children with autism
- Teach communication, play, and social skills
- Implement ABA programs and follow behavior plans
- Collect simple data and work closely with your BCBA

What You Need
- High school diploma
- Active CPR certification, a current negative TB test, and eligibility to pass a state background check.
- Comfortable with active play (floor play, walking, running)
Schedules
Full time: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Part time: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM or 11 AM - 4 PM
We require a consistent Monday through Friday availability and schedule commitment. For part-time positions, team members must be available during the same set hours each day. For example, a part-time schedule of 8:00 AM–2:00 PM would need to be maintained Monday through Friday on a consistent basis.
