Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Representative to ensure the efficient flow of patient access needs in the Emergency Room. This role involves responsibilities such as greeting and registering patients, gathering demographic and insurance information, and handling financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This is a part time and evening/night shift position.

Greet and/or register patients accurately and efficiently.

Verify insurance eligibility and enter payments following procedures.

Schedule and communicate appointment information for multiple facilities.

Maintain confidentiality in all communication.

Assist with financial counseling needs and resolve patient financial issues.

Participate in weekend standby rotation as needed.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Associate's degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

5:00pm-1:30am with the ability to pick up extra shifts

Week 1,3,5: Sun/Tues/Fri

Week 2,4,6: Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat
