We are hiring experienced Sterile Processing Technicians (SPT) for multiple 13-week contract opportunities in Columbus, Ohio. Multiple shifts and schedules are available, including day, mid, night, and block schedules.
Available Positions
- Day Shift: 5x8 | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Travel experience required
- Day Shift: 5x8 | 11:00 AM–7:30 PM | Travel experience required
- Block Schedule: 4x10 | Friday–Monday | 8:00 AM–6:30 PM | Travel experience required
- Night Shift: 5x8 | 11:00 PM–7:30 AM | First-time travelers accepted
- Night Shift: 5x8 | 11:00 PM–7:30 AM | First-time travelers accepted
- Mid Shift: 5x8 | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | First-time travelers accepted
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent Sterile Processing experience
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Trauma II experience required; Trauma I preferred
- CRCST, CBSPD, CSPDT, or equivalent certification
- Experience with sterile processing, surgical instrument decontamination, sterilization, HLD, and endoscope reprocessing
- Experience with steam/STERRAD sterilization, Censitrac, Medivator, Da Vinci/robotics, surgical drills, trays, and case carts
- Epic experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume hospital SPD environment
First-time travelers are accepted for select openings with 3+ years of experience.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
