MUST HAVE HILTON EXPERIENCE AND ABLE TO WORK 11PM - 7AM The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to the needs of guests, balancing transactions that occurred during the day, and performing all of the functions of the front desk staff during the night audit shift. The Night Auditor will possess good communications and guest service skills and have the ability to take appropriate action to meet and exceed guest expectations. As Night Auditor, you will maintain the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies. A Night Auditor must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure the maintenance of professional financial standards throughout the hotel
- Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports
- Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion
- Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings
- Assist in emergency situations
- Ensure that the highest standards of Guest care are always maintained
This is a Full Time position Salary based on Night Audit Experience. Hilton Experience Required.
