A reputable healthcare system located on the scenic shores of Lake Ontario is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead nursing staff at its 120-bed skilled nursing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse or nurse supervisor ready to step into a leadership role and drive excellence in patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.

- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and staff development for the unit.
- Promote quality improvement through audits, care planning, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the clinical leader during emergencies and provide hands-on support as Charge Nurse or Building Supervisor when needed.
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of med/surg or long-term care experience
