Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. SCS is a small, 33 year old janitorial services company. We are a family oriented organization, with a passion to serve our clients, and our cleaning associates. We reward hard work and dedication.
The position has a flexible start time, after 5:30pm. As an Evening Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness within our commercial office spaces.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols and handling instructions to prevent accidents or contamination
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning stations, and restrooms, as needed, to ensure continuous operation
- Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferable.
- Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and safety practices related to cleaning agents
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards, and comfortable with arming and disarming building alarms
- Must have reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently during evening shifts
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
