- Heavy Line (Gas Engines)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive service, with dealership experience preferred.
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred, with certs in specialized areas like brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Safety and customer service oriented.
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with solid work habits.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Stellantis Experience Preferred
What You’ll do
- Conduct Full Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, and testing across various vehicle systems.
- preform comprehensive maintenance and repairs.
- maintain high standards of Vehicle Service
- Communicate effectively with Service advisors to keep customers informed.
- Preform Quality Repairs and ensure vehicles are repaired to Factory standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and their functions.
- A proven track record of high customer satisfaction ratings.
