Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across a variety of clinical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews using EMR systems.
- Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures.
- Manage acute pain and chronic conditions through tailored treatment plans, including wound care, ostomy care, and pain management strategies.
- Provide patient education on medication administration, health coaching, discharge planning, and disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of previous RN experience.
