The Residential Installation Manager is responsible for driving the residential construction department to achieve its weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals. This leader will oversee all residential HVAC installations, mentor a team of installers, and ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish: assist with load calculations, develop material lists, select equipment, and ensure work exceeds code requirements
- Mentor and coach the installation team to achieve performance metrics and professional growth
- Hire and train residential installers
- Resolve issues with customers and installation teams promptly and professionally
- Ensure all residential installations pass inspection on the first attempt
- Verify that all residential installers take detailed pictures and notes of every service call
- Complete weekly truck inspections for all residential installation vehicles, confirming they are clean, organized, and in proper working order
- Ensure all residential installers maintain an appropriate inventory of parts and materials on their vehicles
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in changeouts, new construction, and service
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing installation teams
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
