Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their needs
- Promote and sell retail products and financial services, including retail lending options
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales, customer information, and loan processing using financial software
- Assist with loan collections and loan processing activities to support customer financial goals
- Maintain accurate cash handling and cash management procedures throughout your shift
- Support retail store operations by performing basic math calculations for transactions and inventory checks
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong cash handling skills, including cashiering, cash drawer management, and retail math proficiency
- Ability to perform data entry accurately using 10 key typing skills and financial software applications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain product options
- Basic math skills necessary for processing transactions, calculating payments, and managing cash balances
- Experience with loan collections, loan processing, or retail lending is a plus
