Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, performance, and continuous operation of a high-speed manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a plastics manufacturing environment, particularly with injection molding, blow molding, injection stretch blow molding (ISBM), or extrusion equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and industrial robotics.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
- Repair motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, valves, and other industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, and 3-phase equipment.
- Support equipment changeovers, installations, startups, and modifications.
- Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders through a CMMS.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety requirements.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial robotics and automated production equipment.
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance issues.

What We’re Looking For
A hands-on maintenance professional who can quickly diagnose equipment issues, perform quality repairs, and help prevent future failures. Plastics manufacturing experience is highly preferred, but strong industrial maintenance experience in other automated manufacturing environments will also be considered.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
