Standards of Cleanliness -
Maintain floors, counters, coolers, restrooms, and shelves without needing constant direction.
Operational Discipline
Keep coolers stocked, rotate inventory properly, face shelves, and maintain strong store presentation.
Strong Theft Awareness
Stay alert, especially around high-theft items such as vapes and candy.
Be attentive to behavior patterns and distractions.
Protect the business through professionalism and awareness.
Initiative -
After demonstrating reliability as a cashier, you may:
Suggest operational improvements
Identify areas for development
Help gather contractor quotes for store upgrades
Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and sales
