Commercial Estimator & Construction Manager

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually + Performance Bonus

We are a fast-growing, Veteran-owned Construction & Design Firm specializing in commercial retail construction, tenant improvements, commercial build-outs, government contracts, office renovations, strip centers, restaurants, and ground-up commercial projects throughout Northeast Florida.
Position Summary
Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This position is both office- and field-based and requires managing multiple commercial projects while serving as a client-facing representative.
Primary Responsibilities
· Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
· Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
· Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project closeout.
· Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
· Conduct jobsite visits and lead project meetings.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 7 years commercial estimating experience.
· Minimum 7 years commercial construction/project management experience.
· Experience with ground-up, build-outs, retail, government, restaurants, offices, and strip malls.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
· Must be comfortable with client-facing interactions and be a strong team player.
Technical Requirements
· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
· Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu (Required).
· Working knowledge of Procore (Required).
· Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (Required).
· Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
· Must be able to read and interpret AIA contract documents.
· CGC License is a HUGE plus.
· Commercial estimating knowledge will be tested during the interview process.
