What You’ll Do
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Demolition and job site preparation
- Framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry
- Installing flooring, baseboards, trim, doors, and cabinets
- Assisting with tile installation and waterproofing systems
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Working professionally in occupied homes while treating each property with care
What We’re Looking For
- Remodeling or construction experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Dependable, honest, and punctual
- Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
- $28–38 per hour, based on experience and skill level, with regular opportunities for pay increases as your skills and responsibilities grow.
