This is a remote financial professional role. Entry level welcome — we train you from zero, including the state insurance license. If you come from nursing, teaching, retail, or hospitality, your skills transfer here.
The Role We are hiring a Financial Consultant to serve clients virtually. This role was designed with nurses in mind: the listening, teaching, and advocacy skills built in healthcare translate directly to guiding clients through major financial decisions. Licensed financial professionals and nurses moving into financial services are both encouraged to apply. We provide a structured training program and one-on-one mentorship.
What You'll Do - Meet with clients virtually to understand their goals: retirement planning, education savings, life insurance, and protection planning - Prepare clear, personalized recommendations using our planning process and tools - Guide clients from the first conversation through implementation and annual reviews - Complete our training program and obtain required state insurance licenses (we guide you through every step and cover licensing costs for full-time hires) - Keep accurate records and follow all company and state compliance requirements
What You Bring - A current RN or NP license, or equivalent client-facing professional experience - Strong communication skills; able to explain complex topics in plain language - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from a home office - Authorized to work in the United States and willing to obtain state insurance licenses (training provided) - Prior financial services experience is welcome but not required
Compensation and Schedule - Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000–$80,000 for full-time consultants, tied to client outcomes - We walk every candidate through the complete pay plan, with real numbers, before any offer - Full-time or part-time schedule available - 100% remote within the United States; some weekday evening availability is helpful for client meetings
