- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in program management and coordinating large cross-organizational programs.
- Experience helping teams improve operational and product excellence and accessibility.
- Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (planning, execution, risk, stakeholder management).
- Ability to practically apply AI tools to drive productivity and solve program challenges, rather than deep ML engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

- Lead highly ambiguous, large-scale programs from inception to launch. Define strategic roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively mitigate systemic risks.
- Guide our operational modernization by identifying, evaluating, and scaling advanced AI tools. You will lead the implementation of these critical efficiencies across the SDLC to eliminate bottlenecks.
