We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team. This role will report directly to the Superintendent and will serve as a hands-on support position within the apartment.
The Maintenance Technician Lead will assist with daily maintenance needs, apartment turnovers, work orders, preventive maintenance, and supporting the Superintendent with training and development of maintenance staff.
Responsibilities:

Prepare vacant apartments for turnover

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas

Support the Superintendent with daily maintenance operations

Help train and develop maintenance team members

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate maintenance concerns to the Superintendent

- Has hands-on apartment maintenance experience
