Phoenix Communications is interested in experienced CDL A Drivers who want to build a long-term career in underground utility construction. We're looking for individuals who communicate clearly, work well with others, take initiative, and are interested in developing into future field leaders. Technical skills can be taught; attitude, communication, and leadership potential are what set candidates apart.
You do not need previous underground utility construction experience. If you're an experienced commercial driver with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
This is not an over-the-road trucking position. You'll become part of a construction crew that builds the telecommunications and electrical infrastructure communities rely on every day. You'll safely transport equipment and materials, assist the crew in the field, learn how underground utility projects are built, and develop the skills to operate heavy equipment.
As you gain experience, we'll continue investing in your development.
