Job Summary
High volume Metro DC sign shop is looking for a sales associate with knowledge in the sign industry. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative environment, is highly organized and detail oriented and believes customer service is a top priority.
Duties
- Communicate with new and existing customers in person, by phone and email to answer questions, obtain project requirements, offer product and service suggestions and provide pricing.
- Work with subcontractors and vendors.
- Work and meet with customers for site surveys for their project.
Required Qualifications
- Retail/customer service background. Sign industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, computer, and math/measurement skills required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance for the best solution.
- Ability to discuss design ideas and graphic specifications with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong time management skills for purposes of allocating time appropriately according to the complexity and value of each project.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as an integral team player.

Pay range offered depends on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
