Baptist Health is hiring a Manager, Payroll. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities include:

Staffing of payroll office to ensure full coverage minimizing overtime hours

Auditing of processes to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements

Managing requests for information

Coordinates System enhancements and efficiencies

Coordinates with other departments for successful biweekly and on-demand processing of payroll

Reviews payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness

Processes all payroll tax returns in a timely manner
Experience:
-
5 years of payroll and leadership experience required.
Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) Required

Master's Degree Preferred
