About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Herb + Ōhm as a Back of House Team Member specializing in Acupuncture! This role is perfect for those who are passionate about holistic health and want to contribute to a welcoming environment that prioritizes wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed acupuncturists in preparing treatment areas and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Manage inventory of acupuncture supplies, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the scheduling and administrative tasks to optimize clinic operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and improve service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
- Engage in ongoing education about acupuncture and holistic health practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of acupuncture practices and holistic health is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
- Passion for wellness and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- No facial piercings (ears are acceptable)
- No visible tattoos
Hours: Tuesday + Thursday 10:30 am - 2:30pm/3:30pm, 8-10 hours per week
