Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be 18 years or older or 17 years old with parental consent.
- High school diploma (or G.E.D. equivalent).
- Ability to work flexible hours.

Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.

- Cannot have any felonies.
- Title 30A background check required.
