What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.

Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Uphold Slim Chickens' standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Previous experience in restaurant or retail leadership is preferred.
