WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
Provides administrative support for the Donor Services department, handling both routine and complex administrative functions. Prepares and distributes reports, correspondence, and other departmental documentation. Assists in the coordination and administration of projects, programs, and business processes to support departmental goals and operational efficiency. Manages and coordinates schedules, meetings, and activities for departmental programs, services, and key stakeholders. Ensures effective communication, organization, and follow-through on assigned initiatives and administrative tasks.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
Prepare and maintain memos, records, reports, data or correspondence for staff signature. Review correspondence for consistency with corporate policies and practices. May assist in the development of presentations.
Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining and collecting data, coordinating the provision of organizational services (i.e. purchasing, supplies, catering, copying/printing), coordinating unit mail and communication flow, assisting in expenditure tracking and budget preparation.
Screen telephone and office callers and resolve routine inquiries. Answer routine requests and direct others to supervisor, appropriate staff member or another office.
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, events, program initiatives and travel itineraries.
May relieve other administrative staff in the unit during temporary absences.
Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education: High School or equivalent is required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in personal computer use, data gathering, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs. Proficient typing skills required. Ability to work on a team and able to problem solve.
Travel: Occasional (Supports an executive that oversees Alabama, Mississippi & Tennessee).
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics for multiple teams and regions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on high-level projects with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and meeting deadlines.
Experience utilizing reporting and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, to access, analyze, and distribute data and reports.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability; proactively identifies needs, resolves issues, and follows through on tasks without requiring direct oversight.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

PAY INFORMATION: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
