Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-quality residential cleaning in clients’ homes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas using company checklists
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces thoroughly
- Complete assigned homes within scheduled timeframes
- Work independently or with a teammate while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate issues or concerns promptly to management
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good order
- Act professionally and respectfully in private homes
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in private residential homes
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to manage time efficiently and follow checklists
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Willingness to follow company standards and procedures
Schedule & Pay
- $15–$20 per hour, based on role and experience
- Weekly pay
- Most shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Daytime hours (no overnight shifts)
